A levilactobacillus brevis and Lactiplantibacillus blend with a wide temperature range of 68-75 degrees. This blend sours quite efficiently at its higher end of temperature range. Do not sour above 95 degrees. Max souring develops within 24-72 hours.  Very hop sensitive, even 2 ibu's can prevent the souring process.
